Finding Fi
Приєднався 26 жов 2021
Hi, I'm Fi, I'm autistic and in recovery from anorexia.
After a very sudden and difficult relapse, I am navigating my way through recovery. I want to get better, fully better, so... here we go.
Rock bottom became the solid foundation from which I rebuilt my life, and right now things feel pretty low. So, the only way is up!
My channel will be me fighting this illness, one day at a time. Finding Fi again. I know it won’t be easy, and I am scared. But I’m much more terrified of the idea of spending another minute stuck in this horrible illness.
Here’s to the next chapter ✨

So happy to see your update Fi!! ❤
Praying for you girlie
Thank you for showing us it ok not to be ok. But it’s important to realize it and work on the root cause of the problem ❤️ you give me hope that I can concur my demons one day.
It's been awhile Fi...Thinking of you. Hope you're okay-ish 💕
Your videos have great potential but face challenges in reaching a wider audience. Here are some possible reasons: 1. SEO Optimization 2. Target Audience Reach 3. Effective Use of Hashtags 4. Social Media sharing Addressing these areas can enhance your video's visibility and attract more viewers. If you need further assistance or have any questions, feel free to ask!
I have now officially watched every single one of your videos on here and Ohhh Fi. You are an ABSOLUTELY amazing person. I can't imagine how much of a struggle this process had to be for you. Ive had an Eating Disorder for 33 years but no recovery attempts. You are an inspiration to us all and I am so thankful to have been able to watch you from the beginning to where you are now. Your good days and your not so good. You held strong. I am so proud of you and all you have accomplished. I have also recently been diagnosed with Autism (I'm 39 today!) So a late diagnosis for me too but it's been so eye opening. I hope you will continue to update us now and then. Sending you lots and lots of love and appreciation ❤ R.
Fi this is absolutely incredible, I am also wanting to share my story in a magazine article and I would love to have your permission to put your name in my story as you helped me so much during my recovery. Along with Ro Mintchle xxxx so proud of you 🥰🥰🥰🥰
My name is Josie x
Another thing people don't understand is that my recovery from eating disorders is still hard after 3 years. I had it for 25 years and so many recoveries. God wants us to treat our bodies like a temple and i pray for everyone's recovery.
Congratulations!!🎉
Trauma is a major contributor to relapse. Im so sorry you experienced what you did.
Relapse is very often a part of recovery, it happens. Forgive yourself and keep going. I relapsed so many times, but have just celebrated 10 years fully recovered. And you make a very important point, which is you are gonna feel like crap a lot. The emotional work takes longer and hurts more sometimes.
Lovely star shaped bowl.
Lovely picture of a waterfall behind you.
Hi gorgeous girl ❤ I have recovered from anorexia and I want to let you know you are not alone! You are so loved and should not have guilt for nourishing your body. 🤍
Enjoyed your interview with Christine McGuiness.
Wow, hotel looks amazing. I also have Autism and previously had an E.D so it's good to see your progress. I saw your interview with Christine McGuiness on TV which was good.
🎉

I’m proud of you!
Hi Fi! I saw you on BBC1 this evening! Well done, cariad, so proud of you ❤❤❤❤
Breathtaking, eloquently spoken and a voice for so many who are voiceless. Thank you, 1 million times over ❤ proud doesn’t feel like an adequate enough word. ⭐️
Rachel omg hi ❤
Thank you for sharing yourself and your journey. It truly helps me feel less alone.
Thank you for your kind comment. I'm thankful I am able to help you feel less alone. Sending hugs your way <3 xxx
Inspiring. I often wonder why my daughter’s stamina is so low when we have a theatre day in London. She gets exhausted. We’ve not discussed autism yet - she saw a therapist 3yrs ago who said she has social anxiety disorder - so she’s just hung her hat on that. I’d love her to get a diagnosis and help to understand more
Wow what a proud moment. How eloquent you speak, how alive you became when talking about how you FEEL now. I believe my daughter has autism - she’s been told she has a social anxiety disorder - how do I help her progress from just that? It’s just a symptom that she could understand so much more if she looked into the world of autism. But that’s me speaking not her. (Her eating disorder is eating too much )
